How to deal with screw noise:
Compared with the sliding screw pair, the driving torque is 1/3. Due to the rolling motion of many balls between the screw shaft and the screw nut of the trapezoidal threaded screw, a higher motion power can be obtained. Compared with the previous sliding screw pair, the driving torque reaches less than 1/3, which means that the power required to achieve the same motion effect is 1/3 of using a rolling screw pair. It is very helpful in terms of power saving.
2. High precision guarantee: The ball screw pair is connected and produced using the world's highest level of mechanical equipment manufactured in Japan, especially in the factory environment for grinding, assembly, and inspection processes. 3. Micro feed is possible. Due to the use of ball motion, the starting torque of the bead screw pair is extremely small, and it will not exhibit the crawling appearance of sliding motion, ensuring accurate micro feed completion.
4. No side clearance and high rigidity. The ball screw pair can be preloaded, which can cause the axial clearance to reach a negative value, thereby obtaining high rigidity (by preloading the ball inside the ball screw, when used in mechanical equipment, the repulsive force of the ball can enhance the rigidity of the female part).
5. High speed feed is possible, and ball screws can achieve high-speed feed (motion) due to their high motion power and low heat generation.

The ball sometimes disengages from the screw during the circulation process, which is called external circulation; The continuous contact with the screw is called internal circulation. Each closed loop of the ball is called a column, and the number of turns contained in each closed loop of the ball is called the number of turns. Each nut of the internal circulation ball screw pair has several types such as 2 columns, 3 columns, 4 columns, 5 columns, etc., and only one circle is required for each column; There are several types of outer loops in each column, including 1.5 loops, 2.5 loops, and 3.5 loops.
