Installation of ball screw nut
In case the nut accidentally falls off or you have already disassembled it, please reinstall the nut according to the following method: make a hollow sleeve with an outer diameter slightly smaller than the bottom diameter of the screw bar raceway (about 0.1mm smaller), an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the end of the screw bar (0.5-2mm larger), and a length suitable for the length of the nut (10-50mm long). Plug one end of the hollow sleeve with a foam packaging soft object, insert it into a clean nut without balls, and then install the clean balls one by one in each circulation groove. It is better to fill a circle of gaps with a diameter of 0.5~1.5 balls.) After that, roll the hollow sleeve quietly, and push the next circle of the hollow sleeve until all the balls are filled.
Remove the filling material from the blockage, insert the hollow sleeve and nut into the end of the screw shaft, hold the hollow sleeve with one hand, and slowly screw the nut onto the screw with the other hand until the nut is smoothly screwed into the useful thread groove of the screw. Finally, lubricating grease or oil is written into the nut oil hole, and the nut is rotated and moved more than twice throughout its full stroke to confirm smooth operation. Finally, another round of lubricating grease is written, and the project is completed.
Method 2
Do not use a hollow sleeve made by the car. Apply high viscosity lubricating grease evenly on the clean nut groove. Stick the ball bearings one by one onto the lubricating grease in the guide rail groove. After sticking all the ball bearings on, carefully screw them into the screw rod. The rest is the same as above。
